Co-Founder and CTO

Steve is the co-founder of the Xiaa Solutions. Prior to joining Xiaa he was Senior Director for Technical Services at Riverbed and senior roles in delivery of major software project for Barclays and UOB.

Jason Phelps

Co-Founder and CEO

Jason is the co-founder of the Xiaa Solutions. Prior to joining Xiaa he was Senior Sales Director for Splunk and Riverbed and other senior roles in Sales for the IT Software industry.

Simon Massey

Commercial Consultant

Simon has held senior Global and EMEA Sales roles in a major BPO, Sutherland Global Services and a Big Data and SaaS company, Symphony RetailAI and as well as senior Marketing roles in Kraft Heinz, Unilever and PepsiCo.  Now involved with Big Data and AI for Startups.
